Ok, lets start from the beginning. I joined titanbet.com about 3 years ago. I liked the website, everything was easy and clear for me in there. I was a small player at that time. I sometimes won, sometimes lost but in fact I was always in a minus.
I won a little once and tried to make a withdraw. My withdraw was put on hold. They asked me to send them my passport ar credit card pictures from both sides when I sent those pictures they asked for some prove of my living place. I sent them a copy of my internet bill and it was done. In 3 days I got the money to my credit card.
From that time I regularly played on that website and there was no problems. I wasn't a big gambler so the profit was small from me. I was making withdraws time to time and it was all working like a clock. You make a withdraw - you have the money in 3 days. No problems at all.
As I am a family guy, and I have to bring food for my wife and children at home I didn't spent a penny from my regular sallary on this lets call it "hobby"
As I worked in the computer service and also with online servers, from time to time I was able to earn some money from side. Well one friend brings a computer to fix another one needs some help with his website and so on...

Well paysafecards is very popular way of payment in the internet. You go to the kiosk, buy a voucher with 16 numbers for 50 Euro, go to the website you want - press deposit - enter 16 numbers- press okay and 50 Euro is in your balance. No questions, no trace, no problems.
Now about how this joke of the bookie scammed me:
On the end of 2012 I deposited 400 Euro by paysafecards in one mounth. I was placing bets on the horse races, this service just opened there. At first I won some money, but latter little by little I started to lose. Just before Christmas I decided to buy something for my wife and decided to withraw all my balance - it was 350 at that time.
I went to the withdraw section pressed withdraw and forgot about it. I knew that in 3 days the money will be in my credit card and I can purchase the present for my wife. Well 4 days past - no money. I checked my email and found there an email from titanbet.com support. There was some kind of text like: " WHY ARE YOU WITHDRAWING THE MONEY?"
Hm.. what is your business why do I withdraw my money? It is my money, maybe I want to buy a monkey, is that a problem? Well I emailed them that I need my money for some Christmas presents for my family that is the reason.
By the way, I didn't mentioned THAT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It is some kind of joke. There is a live chat but it is allways not working, in fact there is no live chat. The only possible way to contact them is by email and you must wait for 24 four hours for them to reply. So that is the way how they comunicate with there customers. You send and email and wait for 24 hours, next day they answer, and usually it is very stupid answer so you send another email and wait for 24 hours again.
Ok so about there answer. Next day I got the email that they need a copy of my passport, my credit card and some prove of my living place. I sent all those items and waited. Nothing happened. So again I emailed them, and again after 24 hours they replied that they need the copys of all vouchers that I made deposits in my account.
Here is the problem, When you pay with a paysafecard it is one way payment. You use it and you throw it away. That is what I usually did with all those vouchers. Those vouchers is just an evidence of you spending some money in the internet. Who needs those empty evidence anyway...
Ok, so I emailed them and said that I do not have those used vouchers what I must do next? Next day I got the answer, that my case now goes to there security department and that they will email me in 24 hours and will explain me what to do next. Well they didn't answer for 2 days. I emailed the customer support again and asked about my problem. After 24 hours they emailed me again and asked for paysafe vouchers copies. I emailed them back and said that I already told that I do not have copies and what I must do next? They answered next day that my problem now goes to there security department and in 24 hours this secret security department of titanbet will email me. Offcourse there was no email in a week. So I again emailed them and again they asked me for the copies. It was so funny, the same thing continued about 10 times, there security department never emailed me back, and there customer support can not help me.
Finnaly after 2 mouths I got the email from there security department. Well it was short and clear. If I cant send a copies of those vouchers I will not get my money back. And also for the bonus they blocked my account...
The problem is: That when I made a deposit there was no word at that time that I need to save those used vouchers or to make any copies.
I emailed the paysafecard company and asked maybe there is some way for me to get those copies. There answer was that they just cant help me(offcourse they cant, they sell thousands each day, there is no way they can track those few), also they said: That it is not normal for the bookie to ask for the copies and vouchers, the only thing they need is : 16 DIGITAL NUMBER CODE.
Ok, that is not the end. I found that this joke company is regulated by Antiqua and Barbuba Financial Services Regulatory Commission(Where the hell is it). Anyway I found the website of that so called commission and emailed them about one of there products behaviour. In fact in 2 days i got the answer from someone called Sydney Christian Jr. that he will take actions and try to solve my problem with this so called bookie. Few days after I got the email from titanbet support and they said that they will look again at my case. Well that is nice I thought someone is doing something. But..
After 2 days I got another email and gues what they asked again> For the copies of the paysafecard vouchers.... OMG where do they find those guys?? When I explained that I cant provide them copies and this is 10th time we have this conversation, they emailed me that my account is blocked and my money are frozen till they get the copies....
I emailed Sydney Christian Jr. again but it was no answer this time...
OK, So the main thing is HOW THE PRIVATE COMPANY CAN FREEZE MY MONEY FOREVER? They are not some kind of institution that can confiscate the money, it is just some shit company opened by simple clowns who believe they can do whatever they like, just becouse they are registered in some Barbadosa or whatever...
I mean those money are clean. They are not stolen( well in fact they are stolen from me now).
MY OFFER FOR ALL SMALL AND BIG GAMBLERS - DO NOT PLACE ANY BETS ON THIS TITANBET.COM, THEY DONT RESPECT THERE CUSTOMERS, THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!!! YOU CAN BE NEXT!!!
There are so many good bookies with instant customer support and with no problems about payouts, just gamble there, avoid this titanbet by any means if you dont want to be scammed. They have stolen my 350 Euro, don't let them steal from you...
